Woman arrested after stabbing man multiple times outside N.J. Wawa, authorities say

A woman was arrested Friday after she was accused of stabbing a man outside a Wawa in Camden County, authorities said.

Kelli Feaster, 35, of Egg Harbor City, was charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault and weapons-related offenses, according to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officers were called to Wawa on Route 73 at 2:43 p.m. in Berlin Township and found a 35-year-old man from Egg Harbor City suffering from multiple stab wounds in the parking lot, the office said.

The man, who was not identified, was taken by helicopter to Cooper University Hospital, where he was reported to be in critical condition, investigators said.

While on scene, officers quickly located Feaster and took her into custody behind the Wawa, authorities said.

Feaster and the man appear to have been acquainted, the office said.

She was taken to the Camden County Correctional Facility, pending a detention hearing, authorities said.
