Along the snaking Navesink River, Red Bank stakes its claim as an upscale-leaning foodie destination for Central Jersey locals and visitors alike.
A bit of history: The town was incorporated in 1908 and coined its name from the color of the soil that bordered the river. Additionally The Galleria in Red Bank — a current business center holding offices, shops, and restaurants — was once a textile factory that fabricated many of the uniforms worn by men and women during World Wars I and II.
