One day after wrapping up their one-day mandatory minicamp, the Eagles Wednesday moved one step away from concluding the business of signing their draft picks when first-round pick Jihaad Campbell inked the standard four-year deal with a fifth-year option that goes to all first-round picks.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero was the first to report the $14.9 million signing, which was later confirmed by the team.
