Pizza lovers rejoice! A festival filled with some of the best pizza New Jersey has to offer is approaching.
NJ.com is giving you a chance to try many of the state’s best pizzerias in one spot at the first-ever Jersey Eats NJ Pizza Festival.
The pizza fest will be held Saturday, June 22 from noon to 6 p.m. at Monmouth Park in Oceanport. The rain date will be Sunday, June 23.

Brooklyn Square Pizza in Jackson
Here are some of the vendors that will be in attendance:
- Amano Pizza, shop with locations in Matawan and South Amboy offering pizza, wings, heroes and Italian entrees
- Amore Pizza by Jack Calandra, a Nutley-based restaurant with a variety of classic pies
- Angeloni’s, Caldwell pizzeria known for its crispy, “thinny thin” crust pizza
- Brooklyn Square Pizza, home of the famous upside-down pizza with locations in Jackson, Manalapan and Toms River
- Tony Boloney’s, coined as “not your grandpa’s pizza joint” offering crazy pizza toppings in Atlantic City, Hoboken, Jersey City and Margate
- Pizza Veloce, offering Neapolitan Pizza made from imported ingredients
- Il Forno a Legna, serving Neapolitan wood-fired pizza in Rahway
- The Doughfather Pizzeria and Ristorante, offering with its brick-oven, thin crust pizza “you can’t refuse”
- Piattino, serving stone fired Artisan pizza and other Italian classic out of Mendham and Summit
- Culto Italiano, offering Neapolitan pizza, sandwiches and more at its Bergenfield location and pizza truck
- The Sauce Oceanport, pizzeria serving regular, bar pies, Sicilian, Detroit and square-style pies
- Bella’s Pizzeria, Long Branch pizzeria with pizza, sandwiches, calzones and more
- Bucky’s, buzzing pizza pop up pushing sourdough pies
- Pie Oh My, pizza truck with a shop opening soon in Fairfield, known for catering throughout New Jersey and New York
- Nino’s Coal Fired Pizza, Italian-style eatery located in Brick, offering traditional and specialty pizza

Do you want to be a pizza festival vendor? Don’t miss out on the opportunity to become one of 20 exclusive pizza vendors. Click here to apply for the June event and FAQs about vending. Applications will be accepted until May 31.
Vendors will get the chance to promote their business within the statewide community as well as a chance to compete for one of two NJ Pizza Festival Best Pizza Awards: the People’s Choice Award, decided by attendee votes and the Editor’s Choice Award, handpicked by our NJ.com food reporters.
Tickets can be purchased online – a discounted price of $15 for general admission. Tickets are also available the day of at the door, but only for general admission at $20.
In addition to some cheesy pizza, there will be all-day activities for everyone to enjoy, including live music, activities, kids zone and more!
