As flag football skills reach new levels of excellence, NJ.com unveils its initial All-State teams for the sport, which is up to be sanctioned later this year by the NJSIAA.
This season, New Jersey saw three 2,000-yard passers and its first two 1,000-yard receivers, as players have a better understanding of the game.
