When Monroe started its boys volleyball program in 2021, the goal was to mirror some of the best teams the state has to offer.
As the years have gone on, the goal has quickly changed. Monroe doesn’t want to just mirror those teams, they want to be those teams. Not only have the players bought into the program, it has been a collective effort from the staff as well, especially head coach Vikki Stec, who has been at the helm from the beginning.
